Trackspec Automotive partners with international manufacturers and fulfillment partners to deliver high-quality aftermarket automotive parts to our customers.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Because many of our products are specialty or made-to-order items, additional production time may apply.

Estimated production time (if applicable): 7–21 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Method & Fulfillment

Some products may ship directly from our manufacturing partners or international warehouses.

This allows us to offer competitive pricing and specialty carbon fiber components.

Shipping carriers may include:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • USPS

  • International freight carriers

Carrier selection is at our discretion.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination:

  • United States: 10–30 business days

  • International: 15–45 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Production delays

  • High-demand periods

Trackspec Automotive is not responsible for delays outside of our control.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Trackspec Automotive is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country.


5. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be provided once the item ships.

Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear, especially for international shipments.


6. Risk of Loss

All shipments become the responsibility of the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Trackspec Automotive is not liable for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier delays

  • Stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void replacement eligibility.


8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds will exclude shipping fees


10. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

Trackspec Automotive is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Global supply chain disruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.


11. Shipping Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Trackspec Automotive, you acknowledge and accept this Shipping Policy.
