Return & Refund Policy

Carbon Store – Automotive Carbon Parts

At Trackspec, we take pride in providing high-quality automotive carbon fiber parts. Because many of our products are specialty, performance, or made-to-order items, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Items must be in brand-new condition with no signs of installation, modification, scratches, or wear.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order carbon parts

  • Special orders or limited-production items

  • Installed or used parts

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Electrical components

Carbon fiber parts that have been test-fitted, drilled, modified, painted, or altered in any way cannot be returned.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • Shipping label

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement.

We will review the claim and may offer:

  • Replacement part

  • Store credit

  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for Return Authorization (RA) approval

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.


5. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • If the item does not meet return conditions, the refund may be denied


7. Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before ordering.

We are not responsible for installation errors or improper fitment caused by incorrect vehicle information.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins


9. Warranty

Carbon Store offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • UV fading or surface scratches

  • Track/racing damage

  • Accidents or misuse
