2. Aftermarket Product Disclaimer

Trackspec Automotive sells aftermarket automotive performance parts, including carbon fiber components.

Products are not OEM unless explicitly stated.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
Vehicle names, trademarks, and model names are used strictly for identification and compatibility purposes only.

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Some parts may require modification, trimming, or adjustments.

3. Fitment & Installation Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.

Trackspec Automotive is not liable for:

Incorrect orders
Improper installation
Labor costs
Paint or refinishing costs
Vehicle damage resulting from installation
Modification-related fitment issues

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders due to pricing errors
Refuse service
Limit quantities
Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

Sales tax will be collected where required by U.S. law.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Trackspec Automotive is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events.

Customers must report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Items must be unused and uninstalled.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return authorization is required before sending items back.

7. Limited Warranty

We provide a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

Racing or track use
Improper installation
UV damage or clear coat wear
Normal wear and tear
Accidents or misuse
Labor costs

All products are otherwise sold “AS IS” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
